Gene grew up in New England and moved out to Colorado with her partner Ashley, and their cat Stevie, in 2021 in search of bigger ski hills and outdoor adventure. She found a love of pottery in high school and discovered another artistic love, painting just a few years ago. Gene's creative style emulates how she exists in the world, free spirited, bright and charming. Her work started as an outlet for her to stay connected to her creativity and share beautiful pieces for friends and family to enjoy.
